List of the accomplished updates in Ivan Georgiev's Master Thesis

The following updates were done in the on-line copy of the thesis:

On July 17, 2009, the file of the thesis was replaced with a corrected one. A correction is made on page 5 of the thesis, and the change is described in a footnote appended to that page. It would be fair to note in addition that the error in the initial version of the thesis had its source in the manuscript referred to as [9] there. Namely a definition given on the above-mentioned page was borrowed from the manuscript in question, where this definition appears as an equivalent version of one present in H. E. Rose's book “Subrecursion: Functions and Hierarchies”, but, unfortunately, the definition in Rose's book turned out to be incorrect.
On October 8, 2009, replacement was done with a file, where a previously available subsection concerning Feller's coin tossing constants is deleted by the author.
On November 12, 2009, replacement was done with a file, where several misprints are corrected.
